The start of this book puts you right in the Italian town through the eyes of this young boy. The language helps you remember that this is a young little boy. I am really enjoying how this book is written. The story line is intriguing and has me wanting to read more. It's easy to read and keeps me wondering what exactly will happen to these children. I can't wait to read the rest of this story.
