I was so happy to have the opportunity to read through this one. Bonnie and Clyde are quiet legendary so I lived that this story had the elements of that crazy wild weet duo. The cover art of this one was gorgeous. I always love a beautiful book with great floral features. I loved that the women in this story were super strong and such badass gals. I found it very interesting that we had an artist driven into hiding due to a family secret or curse it had always been my thought that the most beautiful artists have been unfortunately influenced by tragic life events. I loved getting to know more about Iris and her past. The dual time lines really kept me engaged in the story. I also always really enjoy the family secret trope. It was very well done in this book and I will be recommending it to my bookclub friends. I'm excited to see what else this author does!
