Wow! This is a crazy story of magical family who are mafia-like in that they have a territory and feud or work with other top families. You hear it from Teo's voice, but are introduced to many other characters - most of whom she is related to. It's a little tough to keep up with those characters and her particular magic powers. What happens to Teo's brothers at the end of the first look is shocking and it's only 4 chapters in. I definitely want to continue on this journey!
