Never heard of the blue people of Kentucky!! Sounds really really interesting. And the idea of a woman riding through wilderness with panniers full of books is just wow! Taking books by the means of riding a rented horse or donkey or riding a stubborn abused donkey is such a good start to an adventurous exiting story. Not to forget that many of the people that this books are for don’t even know to read!! But they crave the written word. They crave the knowledge and the affection that books bring. They crave the distraction that a book can be. Something to make you forget even if it’s only for minutes at the time, that you are hungry and there is nothing to fret to your children or your animals...
