I was pretty sure that I wouldn't be interested in this book - I was wrong. After reading the first couple of chapters, I'm intrigued and would like to follow Cussy's story. I've long been interested by the blue people of Kentucky and, while fictional, this book does seem well researched and it's definitely well written. Don't pass it by! At least read a few chapters before deciding whether to read or not.
