I really enjoyed this book, and not just because I've been on a contemporary kick lately. This is one of those books that you just need in your life. It is a quaint, magical story. I loved how books are the save all to someone in need, as many times books have been my place to go when dealing with life. I absolutely loved Mama G and the role she played throughout the entire book, as well as the mystical seventh daughter of the Dove family. This was a very magical story without crossing the lines into the fantasy genre, and it was very well written. For me, this was a great summer read and sure to tug on your heart strings. With a 4/5 star rating from me, I highly recommend this story to everyone!
