My best friend, my 7-year-old great niece, has wisdom beyond her years. Were she able to read this novel, she would LOVE it because her imagination is unparalleled. If I am fortunate enough to win the book, I will share the story with her and give her the book to read when she’s a bit older. She reads above grade level already as she enters 2nd grade in late summer. She started 1st grade not enjoying writing. At the end of 1st grade, she won an award called “Radical Writer.” She plans to write some stories this summer.
To return to The Book Charmer, I will be fascinated by the novel. I love any work promoting books and bookstores. And I certainly think books talk to readers. I know they talk to me! The plot here sounds outstanding.
