From the several chapters I previewed, this seems like it will be a quick read rom-com. Light...nothing too deep or serious.
It basically starts out with two high school friends who are virgins and the one loses her virginity because "It was time. I can’t believe I was a virgin for this long. So embarrassing.” This one sentence has already polarized me from wanting to read the rest of this book. I don't understand why people have to make virgins feel like they are weird or should be embarrassed solely because they haven't had sex yet.
The book continues with the main character deciding "it's time" for her to finally have sex too. I'm sure there is a wide range of readers who will absolutely love this book but I can already tell that it's not for me.
