I loved this book. Absolutely, positively LOVED it. We've all seen this story before and by the end of the first chapter, you know how it's going to end. No surprises here. Teenage girl feels like the last remaining virgin on earth and is convinced she has to do something about it before she heads off to college. Some of these books are done well, while others are the same old story with no heart.
But the journey getting there in The Best Laid Plans? Well, it's incredibly adorable. This is a book you settle in to read and before you know it, the sun has set, your stomach is growling for dinner, and you're closing the cover with a full heart. The chemistry between the main characters is just electric and all you want is for things to turn out for them in the end. I would absolutely recommend this one for a quick, light and fun summer beach read.
