I surprisingly actually really enjoyed this book! I'm usually not into romance type books, but this wasn't like that at all & was instead something I could genuinely relate to.. though I never asked my guy best friend if he could help me lose my virginity but I do remember the feeling of pressure like I HAD to lose my virginity because that's what everyone else was doing. Might be "TMI" but I was one of the last people in my group of friends to lose their virginity, but I also had a lot of pride in that even if sometimes I did feel a little bit of pressure as if I did need to lose mine & this book captured a lot of the feelings I had during high school. I also related deeply about being "one of the guys" just like Keely, I lost count of how many times I was called "one of the guys" because I did hang out with mostly guys & still do to this day. I dated guys from other towns because I just didn't see majority of the guys in my school that way since I was also from a small town & grew up with them my whole life. Also like Keely, I got stuck hearing the guys talk about my female friends in ways I just rather of went without knowing haha

All & all this was a really cute & enjoyable read. I felt it was relatable & I always love books I can personally connect with. It talks about the struggles of growing up, the awkwardness, & the pressures that come with it, especially if you're from a smaller town your whole life growing up in school. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to read something that is realistic in a fun way & doesn't hold back on the honesty or even awkward moments in life. Definitely glad I got a chance to read an advanced copy of this book!!
