Ok, The Best Laid Plans was laugh-out-loud funny and hilarious. I was hooked from the beginning and it was like watching a giant, high school, hormone fueled, romance train wreck play on on the pages. This is definitely not a book I would give to any young adult to read. Mainly because it definitely had its steamy aspects. The main character wants to have sex and is going to stop at nothing to accomplish that goal. The thing that irked me is that it lacked the emotional depth I wanted to main characters to have. However, they are immature high schoolers and lacked the brain power to have those relationships. I typically have issues with high schoolers falling in love because it just feels unrealistic to me. However, I was swooning over this romance and rooting for these characters to get together and get their happily ever after in the end.
