The Best Laid Plans is an adorable book. The book's main character Keely is the "only" one in her friends group that is a virgin. She is feeling like she needs to lose her virginity before the end of school so she isn't heading off to college with her virginity in tact. The problem is she feels like all the boys in her school are not the right ones. She lives in a small town and has basically grown up with all of the same boys.
Keely is highly relatable... and I feel like most of us felt this way in high school with the pressure of losing your virginity, not knowing if we were making the right choice, etc.
The story was relatable, fast-paced, and easy to follow. The characters were well-developed and easy to like!
