While I liked the audio production and the writing, I wasn't a big fan of the overall story. The main characters are likable, but the concentration of teens seeking to lose their virginity isn't a trope that a mom of teens enjoys reading. Well, not this mom, anyway. This book was what it was, but I would have preferred a deviation from the expected. **SPOILER** I think it would have been a fun and sweet plot twist for the main characters to have waited to have sex after it was revealed that they were both virgins. Instead they have sex for the first time in a hotel closet. That in itself takes practice, let alone your first time. Not a well thought out scene (IMO.) **END SPOILER** Strong writing debut, just not the type of plot line that I enjoy.
