The Best Laid Plans by Cameron Lund is a hilarious high school romp about growing up and worrying about not falling behind in the social development department. The story is charming to start with and I instantly loved Kelly and Andrew's friendship. But I really didn't like some of the characters equating having sex to finally becoming a woman - it was jsut kinda gross and not the best, but some characters did call out how gross/wrong it is on page, so that was nice. Other than that, the story seems fun and entertaining.
