The writing in the book is absolutely beautiful. The descriptions are so vivid I can really picture it all in my mind.
Camellia is a descendant of the Goddess of Beauty and has been trained how to make people beautiful since childhood. She is now in a contest to be the chosen one. Her task is to change a Gris into something beautiful. Camellia will change the gray shriveled skin and red eyes into what everyone considers beauty. She can mold a body like it was hot wax and change skin and eye color.
Right before she is about to change the Gris, the girl speaks up and says that's he doesn't want to be changed and after she calm the Gris down, Camillia's rebellious side is sparked and she is going to change the Gris into something that was not approved my her teacher.
