I'm curious to see how this book is. I think Renee is an incredible writer, but vampires in New Orleans seems such a tired concept to me that I want to see where Renee's story leads us. Although YA/fantasy shelves are over saturated with vampire novels, they still can be thrilling and enticing and I am excited to see the creativity Renee will bring with this story!
The cover reminds me far too much of the Twilight series, however, and I wish it was something more unique instead of further playing into the cliche.
