DNF at 70%. So I liked the first two books. Not loved, but they were great for a quick romance read. But I couldn't really put up with this one. I feel like its a "Its not you, it's me" kind of situation, but I got really bored.
Tessa, the main character, was not somebody I really cared for. I mean, she was okay? I don't know, nothing about her really interested me.
I actually DID NOT like Cole at all in this book. Not even a bit. I'm sorry, but his actions were not it.
Also, I personally found it really weird/not needed that Cassandra switched up on Tessa. Like what?
The writing, however, is not bad at all. I actually quite liked it. It's a shame that I couldn't read through all of the book though.
I will definitely still recommend this series for romance lovers who love the "bad boy" falls for the "good girl" type of trope. It's sweet, and they are really good books to read when you are just looking for something quick and something not that serious. Again, I feel like it was more of a "I dont really want to read" situation for me rather than the book itself. Give it a try!
