This is my review of the full book, having already done a first impression review. This was not a hanging-on-the-edge-of-your-seat kind of book. There was a lot of unnecessary filler information that added nothing to the plot. I had a hard time relating to the main character Jamie. At times she seemed no more mature than her 15 yr old daughter. She made decisions that made no sense with her history and thus didn't ring true. Even though there were new attacks with deaths, I still didn't really FEEL the danger, the fear, the angst. The premise of this book had potential; the end result was just not quite there. I still love Ms Bush's books though! Thx to Bookishfirst, author & publ.
