Well after reading Nancy Bush's latest novel "The Babysitter" I can definitely exclaim that I would be afraid to babysit anywhere that might be remotely isolated or even be alone for too long after the kids were asleep. The plot and the storyline begin as many slasher/stalker stories often do but where the plot turns intersting is in the development of sisters trading places for a babysitting assignment. When Jamie trades with her sister Emily to take over for her because she wants to attend a party things do not go well. The story then takes us twenty years into the future where the reader finds the mystery truly unfold amidst a renewed terror. The charachters are well developed and it is easy to become attached to the wanting to know the outcome.
