I love Harry Houdini, and I think its cool that the main character is intrigued with the art of escaping things like him. Of course, I'm probably not going to continue reading it...because (don't get me wrong) I loved it but I wasn't finding that moment of: "Oh my gosh I love this book," and I wasn't hooked to the point that I was on the edge of my seat saying: "Get me this book, now!"
