First, I couldn't stand Mattie. Instead of elective and underappreciated, she was whiny and rude. While the chapter ends saying that she would finally change and push forward with her life, I don't care enough about her to continue. Teh cover is neat and escapology sounds like a lot of fun, I just don't like the character.
