Definitely not for me!

I always read the excerpts regardless of whether a book sounds like one of like because 1)I have found some great books I’d never heard of before BookishFirst excerpts introduced me to them and 2)for the points I get for submitting the reviews. So, I didn’t go in expecting this to be a fit for me and I’m not surprised it isn’t. I practically said “oh no!” Out loud when I got up the scene where the lead character finds out her brother has been kidnapped and attacked by a serial killer who “tried to cut off his face”.
No. No. Definitely not for me!!
