What I liked about the book is that the world is full of women in positions of power as knights, magistrates, and queens. The two female leads seem to be women of color and heading towards a romance. I'm interested to see more of their world and how the relationship develops.
I really like the idea of "after happily ever after", or how to go on living a life after the Quest is completed.
The cover is good in that it shows women and WOC, but the artwork seems a little off.
