The plot of The 7 and 1/2 Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle was so intricate, I'm very impressed at the authors ability to weave it all together. Small things that happened while Aiden is inhabiting one person's life could make or break something else that happens later in the story. So many plot lines did make the story a little hard to follow at times but overall just made the story very interesting.

Science fiction and thrillers are two of my favorite genres to read so I loved the combination of the two in this book. My biggest critique from the book would be that the world outside of the "prison" was not explained as much as I would have wanted it to be. I'm so curious about a society that has created the type of technology or magic (I didn't quite understand the mechanics to be honest) to create the type of time loop prison that this story took place in. I want to know what else exists and how that changes society! I'm a sucker for world building and I think this book lacked that.
