All I can say is wow, this book just took me on such a crazy ride! I loved the atmospheric setting of Blackheath, how no one was who they seemed to be, the overlaying days from different perspectives, and I thought the ending was fantastic.

This is definitely a book you need to take your time with and really pay attention to what you’re reading or you’ll miss so many subtle details and feel really lost. Bishop was a great main character and I really appreciate how much work Turton put in creating not only 8 versions of the story but 8 versions of Bishop. Without giving away anything I really liked the twist when we found out what exactly was happening to Bishop.

There was a few parts that I think were missed by the editors (I read the British version so maybe that was part of it?) because it seemed impossible the line was correct (like saying person A confronted person A when it was clear they were confronting person B) and I have a few questions about the ending.
