Oh wow, this book was a crazy ride. While I understood what was happening and could keep track of the different days, I still felt very confused. I think that is what I loved best about this book. I felt like I was Aiden Bishop, living through different characters, trying to solve and unsolvable mystery.

The atmosphere of this novel was absolute perfection. It was the perfect thing to read when the seasons are transitioning into fall. The writing was so smooth and so easy to read, which was great considering how complicated the plot was. The only reason I docked half of a star was that I was slightly disappointed in the ending. It was shocking, but what I was really looking for.

Overall, the novel is a great murder mystery with many terrific twists and turns throughout. It would be a fantastic read for the fall, especially around Halloween if you want something with intrigue and suspense, but not horror.
