So many layers of complexity, it is truly a work of art. It was extremely frustrating to read, which is exactly how it was intended to be (another point to the genius of this book). I was so confused about the book and with each step I got more information but the answer just always seemed to be out of reach. (don't misunderstand, I love this. Maybe I just thrive on confusion).

I liked the entire buildup. I could tell it was truly well thought out because each tiny detail contributed to a bigger picture you don't see until 10 pages later. I loved the connections and discovering them brought a smile to my face.

I didn't care for the ending which is why it's ranked 3.5 when it could've been 4.5. I had predicted who the killer would be without understanding how. Overall, a wonderfully complex read.
