This was so good! Mysteries aren’t really my thing, but in my effort to branch out my reading, when I saw the premise of this I knew it was one I had to read, because I’m a big sucker for the Groundhog Day loop.

One man is tasked with solving a murder that won’t stop happening, every day waking in a new body and starting over again to piece it together from eight different perspectives. If he fails? He starts over with no memories. And he’s not the only one trying to solve the murder, he has competition. The vaguely sci-fi element was enough to drag me in, the plot was interesting, and it was really neat to see the hosts’ days overlap. I liked seeing him struggle with his new perspectives and how to make them interact in a way that didn’t later get in his own way.
