This book was so much different than anything I have ever read. It was as if the movies "Clue" & "Groundhog Day" had a baby with the setting of "And Then There Were None."

A large number of -- let's say, associates -- of the Hardcastle family arrive to welcome Evelyn home to the estate after almost 20 years in Paris and almost 20 years after her brother's death. It's a murder mystery that gets repeated over & over (As I type this, "Crimson & Clover" by Joan Jett & the Blackhearts is playing on my Spotify! Irony!). The main character, who we eventually learn is named Aidan, inhabits a new member of the estate every day for eight days until he figures out who murders Evelyn Hardcastle.

It was a completely new style of writing that I wasn't used to, and I felt like the author was trying to put a few too many elements into the plot and I sometimes got a bit confused, but it was such a different and fun read that I couldn't put it down!
