An inventive, engaging mystery!
I was initially a bit hesitant going into this book because I don't read a lot of murder-type mysteries, and the repetitive waking up each day to repeat is something I don't always love. However, not only have I heard only good things about this book, but the good things that I do hear are major raves, so I thought I'd give it a go--and I'm so glad I read it!
This is an engaging, exciting book from the very first page and I was surprised by how hooked I was. The characters were all so well-written and I love all of them, even though most were incredible flawed. This is the first book I've read by Reid, but I am really impressed with her writing style and quality, and I think she did a great job of slowly unveiling this story and the character involved. There are so many prominent and subtle things explored within and I was so impressed with how well Reid incorporated these. I don't want to go into any more detail regarding the book for safety of any spoilers, but safe to say that this is a fantastic book that I highly recommend!
