I was so excited to read this book. A character with an FBI background always has me interested! The book started out ok. I was surprised that the main character was already suspicious of the guy in her group. I expected it to be more suspenseful, but there it was right off the bat. I was disappointed by that.
Then it looked like the book was going to pick up, but it fell flat. I couldn’t finish this book. The main character was too focused on the guy. It’s all she talked about to her family, her friends, everyone.
I tried so hard to get through it, but it’s a very long book that focuses on one person. I think of this book would have been about 200-225 pages then it would have been easier to get through.
