All of the books that I've read in the past by Susan Isaacs have centered on the relationships between Husband and Wife, and the affairs they succumb to.
After reading the first look into this book, it seems that the couple in this book is happily married, happy with their suburban life, and happy with the work they are doing.
Corie Geller has traded in her FBI badge working for the counter terrorism department in New York to become a work from home wife and mother. Her job reading Arabic books for three publishing companies leads her to join a networking group of other work from home entrepreneurs . Meeting monthly at a local restaurant, the seven discuss their various businesses. It is at these meetings that Corie becomes suspicious of designer Pete Delaney.
Is this suspicion a result of suburban boredom, or does Corie need to polish off her badge?
I look forward to reading this book in it's entirety!!!!
