Betetr Than my Impression from the Cover

I hate this cover. I didn't want to read it based on the look alone. As I started to read, I enjoyed the sassy tone. Honestly, I was bored because she lives this life that she hates and I'm just like "then do something about it." But then she starts seeing something creepy about a man in one of her work-related groups. Was he really dangerous or is it all in her wanting excitement mind. This is what compels me to want to read it more. What is truly going on here?
