First off, I love the loose connection this book will hand to the pandemic for most readers. The end of normalcy, toilet paper scarcity and then the push to go back to what normal was before.

I admit I’m a little confused by the boxes and the switch in Tru’s house.

They can’t be literal? Or can they?

Strikes me as her father’s attempt to stop time and protect the rest of his family buuut I guess we’ll find out.

I’m also deeply intrigued by the sister who left and seems to have deep mental health issues and what they’re mom is actually up to.

Formatting of the book is fantastic for the storyline. Can’t wait to read more!
