I really like the cover of this book and the summary was intriguing- then I started reading. The concept of time stopping is one I think many people can relate to with the way the last year has gone however the writing felt choppy and abrupt. The slashes / as a style technique was distracting and would annoy me if they occur through the entirety of the book. I don't think this one is for me.
