While I wasn't drawn in by the cover, I was super intrigued by the blurb. Sadly, I don't think the writing style will work for me. There was an overabundance of slashes, and I was constantly confused. I couldn't figure out if things were literal or metaphorical, which is something I despise in books. I'll probably end up picking this up because I love the concept, I'm just not sure about the writing
