This cookbook is amazing. First of all, I love the author's quirky sense of humor (the names of every recipe are hilarious and are related to hating on those who have wronged you). But beyond having funny names, they look really good. I am already planning to make several of the recipes in this book. Almost all of them are start out simple and then are "fancied-up" by adding a topping or coating. I don't feel like any of these recipes would be out of reach for anyone (even me and I AM NOT a baker).
There are pictures for every recipe (multiple pictures for some). This helps me when I'm baking and cooking because I like to know what the finished product is supposed to look like. I like that the recipes use easy to find ingredients like candies or flavorings. I even like that some of those ingredients are used in ways I would never have thought of - like the Butterscotch Funyuns or the Hot Cheeto Ganache.
