Okay, this is just fun. From the title, to the bright, eye-catching cover, to the colorful and humorous pictures scattered inside - the whole package is just FUN. I think the author has a great voice and I was almost disappointed to find that it was actually just a cookbook. I would like more of her thoughts and advice scattered among the recipes.
The recipes look great too! The whole thing feels like it's geared toward an audience approximately 20 years younger than me, and uh - I've given up sugar, so while I can appreciate that these recipes look amazing, I don't really have a place for them in my life anymore. But, objectively speaking - there was a time and a place in my life when I would have been all over this book.
