In a very Lord of the Flies turn of events, children under 12 inherit the earth. In a horribly sad chain of events, the adults even have about 10 months to pass on all of their knowledge to the oldest children. HOLY CRAP. I am just a few chapters in and I am gutted. The emotions run high in this book. The thoughts of leaving the world with children...like the worst horror flick a parent can imagine.
