The first section was hard to follow - the "children" were introduced as if they were on the cusp of hitting teenhood, and yet spoke as if they were adults. The science information about the stars was a slog - I had nothing to dig my teeth into to want to keep going forward. I want to give it more of a chance as I've heard a lot of good things about this author, but this First Impression leaves me wondering if it won't live up to the hype.
