This book had me from the start. There is something about writers who are able to make epic, sweeping descriptions of world-changing events with a very simple and quiet tone. It just drives the magnitude of whats happening so much deeper. Pairing the cosmic catastrophe with the exploring lives of 13 year-old kids makes for a scenario that keeps you turning pages. I am eagerly awaiting this book's publication.
