First off, I love the cover, and I love that it prominently features two asian characters! As an asian american person, I am always looking for more representation and this warms my heart to see. As for the actual book however, I feel hesitant. I like the concept, and I would like to see where it goes, but I dont really love the characterization. The self proclaimed nerds come across as feeling better than the jocks and the popular kids because they think everyone else is a braindead sheep. This isn't a trope I love, I get it, and i get where it comes from, I'm just not sure it's for me. That being said, I would like to see where this book goes, and I love the representation!
