The description of this story had me immediately interested! I feel like this rom com trope of faking something has been done a bit, but David Yoon has found a way to put a fresh spin on it! And the first 40 pages were sooo good! The cover is stunning. And I love that Sunny is a nerd. I love nerd representation! Sunny is instantly funny and real and relatable, I love him. I can’t wait to see the rest of his journey and his inevitable fall when Cirrus finds out his secret!
