Everyone says not to judge a book by its cover and “Suddenly a Murder” is the perfect example of this. My first impression based on the cover alone was not a favorable one; to me the cover looked ordinary and basic. However, after reading the First Look, I was pleasantly surprised to discover this book is anything but!

I was amazed by how quickly I fell into the storyline - the writing is superb! I loved how the prologue gave you a brief taste of what’s to come before jumping backwards in time within the subsequent chapters to show you how we got to that point. In fact, I loved all the time jumps with each new chapter, as it kept things fresh and interesting! I can’t wait to read on and find out who really killed Blaine; I have a feeling this book will keep you guessing until the very end!
