I thought this book was incredibly insightful! As someone who has consistently tried meditation for my insomnia and the struggles with my ADHD have made it incredibly difficult for me to remain focused and relaxed enough to ever meditate. This book taught me a lot of new techniques I am looking forward to trying! I also really enjoyed getting to hear about the authors journey. I felt like I could connect with him on a lot of different levels. I think this is a great book for anyone looking to gain more insight on meditation and how to be more mindful. I used to think books like this were silly and that I didn't need a book to teach me how to be more mindful. Now after reading this book I realize how wrong I was and how grateful I am that books like this are out there!
