I’m not normally a self-help reader at all. It’s actually more then likely my least favorite genre however I did enjoy this book.
It’s funny reading is actually something I use sometimes to divert myself from the present, which I believe is why I was initially drawn to this title. Overall I liked it a lot. The author does a fantastic job of writing in an easily understandable and friendly way. I don’t plan on following all of his recommendations to a T but I did find a lot of his recommendations really useful. For instance he points out that you can set your notifications off on your applications on your phone so it’s not going off or requiring your attention which is actually really brilliant.
I admire, this author and the personal experiences he has brought forth in this book and now am even more intrigued to look into his podcast and other outlets he has explored.
Thank you bookish first for and Cory Muscara for a copy of this book in exchange for a fair and honest review.
