The book was well written by the author lots of helpful tips inside on relaxation and meditation tips for a person to utilize in their day to day grind ! You really have to get in a zone to relax and meditate in my opinion like no distractions as you see this man show you in this novel how he went to a monestary for a bit no distractions , no cell phones, iPods , laptops and I really do believe what he says about centering yourself and focusing in certain situations to get yourself into the right mindset to be able to feel yourself breathe and recenter your thoughts ! So many helpful ideas and tips to train you into meditation and how to help and improve yourself so you won’t be missing your life !
