Interesting introduction to mindfulness and meditation

I found this book to be an interesting introduction to mindfulness and meditation. I've always thought these subjects sounded interesting, but knew little about them. I've also been a little intimidated by them - two more things I had to study and learn to do just right, in addition to all the stuff I already do every day. This book is a non-threatening introduction to the subject, written in an informal and reassuring way. I think it's perhaps easier to read one chapter at a time, so you have a few days to absorb the ideas in one chapter before moving on to the next. There's quite a bit of information here.
