This is a nonfiction self help book that helps readers understand meditation and gives instructions on how to best implement the practices into daily life.

I personally found the book hard to read, so I switched to the audiobook and that was much more engaging for me. I really liked that i learned more about the various kinds of meditation that exists. Very interesting. This was a great resource for dealing with anxiety as well.

I liked the way Cory would include parts of his personal life and experiences to help his readers understand what practicing meditation and mindfulness has done for him and how it’s changed his attitude towards his family, friends, and strangers. I recommend this to anyone considering meditation or mindfulness.
