Self help?

I'm not a huge fan of self-help books. I tend to go to online articles or YouTube videos or the doctor for stuff like this, but it's an interesting introduction to mindfulness overall. I'm unlikely to read more of it, but what I did read was ok.

The cover is ok. Nothing particularly special and it doesn't scream "nonfiction" or really much of anything if I'm entirely honest, but it seems ok.
